Job Description: You will play a key role in developing and implementing our TikTok content strategy as a video director with a focus on the platform. In order to create TikTok videos that connect with our target audience, encourage interaction, and strengthen our brand's online presence, you will oversee their conception, production, and optimization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- TikTok Strategy: Create and implement a thorough plan for TikTok content that is in line with audience preferences and brand objectives.
- Content Creation: Create original, captivating TikTok videos that are scripted, directed, and designed for virality and wide distribution.
- Production Management: To guarantee the smooth running of TikTok campaigns, coordinate every facet of video production, such as budget management, location scouting, scheduling, and casting.
- Creative Direction: Provide creative direction to ensure that TikTok videos maintain brand consistency while leveraging platform-specific trends and features.
- Editing and Optimization: Oversee the editing process to deliver high-quality TikTok videos, collaborating with editors and graphic designers to enhance visual appeal and incorporate trending effects and music.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor TikTok analytics and performance metrics to optimize content strategy, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to capitalize on emerging opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Director or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in TikTok content creation and strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform features, trends, and community culture.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with TikTok editing tools and effects.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate brand messages into compelling TikTok content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- GRADUATE OF ANY DEGREE (MULTIMEDIA ARTS, MARKETING OR ANY RELATED COURSE)
