About the role:
As the VP of Finance, you will be a key player in managing and optimizing our financial operations, hand and hand with the Head of Accounting. Your role will involve overseeing all financial activities of several entities, local and international, mature or startup, ensuring compliance with international transfer pricing regulations, and implementing robust financial strategies. Additionally, you will handle contract financial dimensions, review promotional effectiveness, and lead financial optimization efforts to support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth.- Review contracts with suppliers, customers, and partners as well as promotions to help the company obtain favorable terms and compliance.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Transfer Pricing and International Transactions:
- Manage transfer pricing matters related to international entities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with tax advisors to optimize pricing strategies and maintain accurate intercompany financial records.
- ERP System Utilization:
- Oversee the integration and utilization of the ERP system for financial reporting, analysis, and control.
Ensure accurate and timely financial and related data entry and reporting through the ERP system.
- Promotion Review and Financial Optimization:
- Evaluate the financial impact of promotional activities and pricing strategies.
Develop and implement processes to assess the effectiveness of promotions and optimize ROI.- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance promotional strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations and tax laws.
- Cash Flow and Risk Management:
- Manage and optimize cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing effective controls and procedures.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by advanced use of Excel and a strategic mindset.- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of transfer pricing regulations and international financial management.
- Proven experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools and associated staff mentoring and change management.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php125,000.00 per month
