Responsibilities
1.Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement a sales and commercial strategy to ensure that the Company's plans fully meet the Company's revenue and returns requirements
2.Analyse and understand market and competitor activity to exploit all market opportunities
3.Lead and Manage Sales team on Commercial Contracts, Structures & Pricing Strategy to improve our positioning level and revenue in the MNO market
4.Work with Head of MNO Sales Team in meeting PO and Payment targets and working closely with all MNO Accounts and Delivery Team
5.Strategically define high quality partnership / relationships with MNOs at senior level and potential customer by establishing world-class customer service standards.
6.Guide and ensure implementation of best practices, sales systems and process management
7.Work with Head of MNO sales teams and other sales functions to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting on a regular basis
8.Develop strategies and manage team to drive revenues from non-MNO customers and ancillary revenue streams (ed DC power, solar etc)
Qualifications
1.Bachelor or Master (preferably) degree from accredited University.
2.Minimum of 10-year of experience in Telco Industry in commercial/sales role
3.Preferably with established connections/relationships at senior level in mobile operators and ISPs
4.Min. of 8-year of experience in Senior Management role in an established company
5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and strong negotiation skills
6.Excellent Business Knowledge and Analytical Thinking, Self-driven and Proactive person
7.Strong understanding of Commercial Contracts, Sales Planning & Strategy, Sales Opportunity, Customer Acquisition and Retention
8.Experience in tower company business and commercial models or similar
