Job Summary:Vets In Practice Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Nurse to join our dedicated team. As a Veterinary Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assisting our veterinarians in providing exceptional care to our animal patients. This position requires a background in nursing, either as a B.S Nursing degree holder or a licensed nurse, with a passion for animal welfare and healthcare.
Assist veterinarians in surgical procedure, examinations, and treatments.
- Monitor and record vital signs of animal patients during procedures and recovery.
Administer medications and treatments and prescribed by veterinarians.- Perform laboratory tests and analyze samples.
Educates pet owners on animal care and treatment and plant
- Maintain accurate records of patients treatment and progress.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in treatment areas and surgical suites.- Handle and restrain animal for procedures and examinations.
Provide compassionate care and support to animal patients and their owners.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.S Nursing) or equivalent.
- Licensed Nurse (RN) in the Philippines.
Previous experience in veterinary care is advantageous but not required.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
