Job Description

Work Set-up: Onsite
Work Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri (Night Shift)

Job Details:
  • Working with provided Clinic list - update clinics records in the system
    • Update Clinic Records in the system from contract documents received
    • Flag returned contracts where quoted pricing is not in alignment with examples provided
  • Set up ECCF in Formfox and Escreen.
  • Service Agreements - sending to collection sites and imaging.
    • Make outbound calls to and receive calls from clinics following up on contracts / pricing
  • Image all documents correctly
  • Ability to search the platform for clinics using City/State, Zip Codes, Active/Inactive sites.
  • Associate clinics and create new subaccounts.
  • Utilize cost detail information.
  • Complete and accurate documentation of conversations with clinics
  • Support and participate in individual and departmental metrics reporting including but not limited to calls made, calls received, records updated, contracts sent, contracts open, contracts closed
Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience working in an office environment
  • Strong knowledge and use of computer programs
    (outlook, excel, word, etc.)
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Positive and friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
    and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and professionalism
  • Expected to be at work on time and maintain a regular
    work schedule
