Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
1+ years of experience in a role with an accounting background.- You are interested in project management and providing best-in-class-service.
Identify process and quality improvements and highlight them to appropriate leadership
- Strong accounting analysis with the ability to create balanced, accurate quarterly financial statements from, at times, unstructured client data
Committed to team and project success, emotionally intelligent in navigating relationships, and transparent and forthright when communicating information- Incredible organizational skills, high attention to detail, and an ability to complete competing priorities quickly and autonomously
Ability to communicate in both written and verbal formats in a timely and appropriate manner
You have an understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund Administration.- You have experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements, Private Placement Memorandum.
Having CPA/CA qualifications will be an advantage
