Basic Responsibilities:- Conduct real estate valuation including inspection, research, data analysis, and report writing.
Prepare valuation reports- Desktop research including communication with government agencies
Prepare research data and run analysis to come up with valuation indications
- Discuss and present the results of the valuation activity in a full narrative report
Meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with all of the characteristics that result in an appraisal value
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Previous experience as a residential real estate appraiser, desk reviewer, or residential appraisal reviewer within a multi-state lending organization a plus
Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Economics, or similar or related professional experience
