Validation Officer, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing!

A Validation Officer is expected to:
  • Review job notes in the scheduling system against the report provided by technicians for that job to ensure the technician has completed all required tasks from the job notes.
  • Raise warranty claims and ensure we adhere to all set task requirements about deadlines and reporting obligations.
  • Liaise with team members and external clients via email.
What it takes to be part of our team:
  • Basic Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills
  • Analytical Skills - the ability to review and identify discrepancies
  • Attention to detail - ensure completeness and accuracy of reports
  • Communication skills - the ability to convey findings
  • Problem-solving skills - ability to address issues and errors
  • Organizational Skills - manage and prioritize multiple reports
  • Critical Thinking - Ability to assess the validity and relevance of info
  • Collaboration Skill - work with a team to ensure the best outcome based on the contents of the report
