• Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) Estimator to join our team, focusing on Tesla roofing projects, commercial insulation bids, and EcoBuild take-offs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimation and proficiency in relevant software tools.

• Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates for Tesla roofing projects

• Develop comprehensive bids for commercial insulation projects

Perform EcoBuild take-offs to quantify materials and labor requirements

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates

Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify project details

• Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and sustainable building practices

• Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in roofing and insulation

• Proficiency in estimation software and take-off tools

Strong knowledge of Tesla roofing systems and commercial insulation materials

• Familiarity with EcoBuild practices and sustainable construction methods

Excellent analytical and mathematical skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Effective communication skills in a virtual environment

• Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Certifications in construction estimation or sustainable building practices (preferred)

• Software and Tools Expertise

• Preferred:

Jobber: Proficiency in using Jobber for project management and client communication

• HubSpot: Experience with HubSpot for customer relationship management and marketing automation

• Nice to Have:

Google Chat: Familiarity with Google Chat for team collaboration and communication

• ClickUp: Knowledge of ClickUp for project management and task organization

• Schedule: Night
