VA - Assistant ManagerTrainer - L&DVirtual Assistant Manager in training is a crucial position. One would be responsible for assisting the incumbent manager in the development and implementation of training programs for employees. Assistant managers play a vital role in ensuring the training workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Should be a graduate in any domain (any Learning and development-related course or certification will be a plus)- Should come with a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in learning and development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Classroom Management and Facilitation Skills
Coming with US mortgage is an added advantage.- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel) suite of products skills
Should have exposure to the learning management system.
- Should have exposure to in e-learning authoring tools.
Excellent people management and stakeholder management
- KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise trainers and be responsible for timely delivery of training.- Assisting the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing training programs.
Work with the business stakeholders to understand the training requirements for planning and delivery.
- Closely with the L&D manager to identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee training.
Involve in Quality check and bookkeeping training reports.- Create business review decks.
Should maintain the knowledge repository and make the necessary edits to keep the content current and relevant.
- Monitor and report all training conducted by the business unit.
Assist the business unit in the hiring process.- Manage the shift roster and leave tracker.
Engage in trainer development by providing feedback, performance improvement plans and continuous monitoring.
- Develop content per the needs analysis.
Participate in the business review call to understand the needs and requirements.- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Ensure the L2 evaluation framework is version-controlled to meet the effectiveness of the assessments.
- Excellent mathematical ability, strong analytical and decision-making skills
