As a UX Analyst in LegalMatch Philippines, your job is to help the company deliver better products by conducting regular evaluation and testing of our software from an end-user perspective. Your output will contribute towards improving existing features and developing new feature ideas for potential implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding how end users are interacting with our various products and use this knowledge along with your user testing and usability experience to question and identify defects and improvements
- Conducting regular testing for user experience, ensuring that users are learning and using our interfaces more quickly and effortlessly; reporting test findings to Product and QA teams
- Looking into various blockers for conversion and propose improvements
- Working with other analysts in the company to determine baseline for task success rate, time on task, user error rate, and others; conduct analysis and testing in order to help us improve performance based on these measures
- Ensure user journey meets business & customer standards, highlighting issues or improvements during requirements / testing phases
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to meet the needs of customers, contributing domain knowledge and ideas that will help us develop better features for LegalMatch customers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a UX tester/Analyst.
- Creative and tech savvy
- With thorough understanding of UX design, information architecture, and testing for conversion; a background in design thinking will be great
- Passionate about UX and quality
- Proactive and a great communicator
