ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND BASIC DUTIES
Overall Cleaning of assigned work areas inside and outside of the property.
Disinfection of Frequently Touched Areas.
Running Errands.
Assisting other staff if needed
Perform a variety of grounds and utility maintenance tasks
Understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others
Physical capability sufficient to perform job tasks
Perform other duties that are assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least High school Graduate
Preferably with experience as utility
Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
Trustworthy
Cooperative
Knowledge of utility equipment and materials
Ability to work well with others
Willing to be assigned in Caloocan
