Utility is a person who takes care of overall cleanliness and order in the kitchen. They keep the production area clean, check for defects, closely follow health and safety guidelines.
Follows the company's health, safety, and quality guidelines.
- Cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, equipment, dishes, and utensils.
Maintains a clean production floor.- Maintains proper storage of raw materials in storage rooms.
Accomplish cleaning checklist daily.
- Performs other tasks as assigned and instructed by the immediate head.
At least high school graduate
- with related experience at least a year in commissary, bakery or restaurant
Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures.
Available for shift work and holiday work.- Physically fit and must be flexible to reach, bend, stretch, twist or climb a ladder; and should be able to carry and lift heavy objects.
Must be non-smoker
- Preferably with no tattoo or at least can be covered by clothes
