Atleast High School Graduate / Vocational course.- With atleast 1 year of related experience.
Knowledgeable in aircon repair.
- Has experience in electrical, plumbing trouble shooting and other facility activities.
With Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NCII- Must be a team player, flexible, hardworking and with good moral character.
Responsible in maintaining cleanliness in outside perimeter area.- Collect waste outside building area.
Responsible in maintaining safety of the building by ensuring that all electrical equipment were plugged out of the socket, lights and faucet are closed when not in use.
- Conduct everyday inspection of main electrical and water gauge to ensure that all facility is functioning well.
Maintain Hazardous area and ensure that hazardous wastes are properly labeled and compliant with legal requirements.- Assist in weighing of waste during hauling.
Regular AC Cleaning and conduct repair as necessary.
- Ensure that plumbing and other admin facility is functioning well.
