Job Description

Duties

Develop and execute user engagement strategies to increase user retention and growth on our social and voice chat platforms.

Identify and cultivate relationships with VIP users to enhance their experience and encourage long-term loyalty.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user insights and feedback, which will inform product development and improvement.

Manage and resolve user issues and queries in a timely and effective manner.

Contribute to the growth of user base and onboarding processes.

Qualification:

-Proven ability to bring user resources and grow user bases.

-Experience working with VIP clients and managing high-value relationships.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

-A deep understanding of social media and voice chat platforms, including their user demographics and engagement mechanisms.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

-Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in a startup or growth-stage company.

Knowledge of user segmentation and personalized marketing strategies.

Familiarity with user analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
