Job Summary
- Responsible for overseeing/leading and guiding the design process and user experience aspects of the digital products or services. The UI/UX Lead provide creative direction, manage design teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the highest level of user satisfaction and product usability. He/she ensures that the user interface is intuitive, visually appealing, and aligns with user needs and business goals.
How will you contribute
- User Interface and User Experience Design. Leads the creation of user-friendly and visually appealing interface designs. Develop wireframes, mockups and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and support in their projects. Promote a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team
- Establish design principles and guidelines to maintain consistency and a strong brand identify across digital products. Define and refine the overall design strategy, aligning it with business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior and preferences. Analyze data and feedback to inform design decisions and improvements
- Create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and functionality. Lead usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and refine designs
- Collaboration. Work closely with product managers, develops and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with project goals and technical feasibility
- Ensure that designs meet accessibility standards and legal compliance requirements. Stay up to date with industry best practices and design trends.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets for design initiatives. Ensure the timely delivery of design assets and milestones
What will make you successful
- At least 3 years experience in visual user interface design.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, including experience as a lead or manager
- In-depth knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Figma, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office; Experience with Sketch and Zeplin are a plus.
- Knowledgeable in creating wireframes, visual mockups graphics, user workflows, and low and high-fidelity prototypes.
