UX/CX/UI Designer
Overall Mandate
- Create prototypes for product pre-development and guide users through design functions
- Optimize existing user interface designs and test for intuitive designs and experience
- Plan and create new and improved design/mockups for the back and front end systems
- Take a user-centered design approach and deliver user journeys and mockups optimized for range of devices and interfaces
- Participate in and occasionally lead service blueprinting workshops, user or stakeholder interviews, and creative brainstorms
Duties & Responsibilities
- Enhance the business understanding of the customer through personas and journeys, derived from quality research
- Evaluate design output and interpret customer experience measurements
- Facilitate sessions in customer-centered design, customer journey mapping, and service blueprinting
- Recommend site presentation, site architecture, browsing between different sections, graphic design, conversion tunnel, content presentation and screen flow to ensure a good user experience
- Create interface style guides for new product launches and service enhancements
- Identify design problems and develop elegant solutions that meet customer and business goals
- Facilitate rapid experimentation, testing, and iteration through user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, developers and design teams on research activities, strategy sessions, ideation, design, and testing of new product concepts
- Leverage analytics tools to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making
Preferred experience & skills
3+ years of experience in user experience design, building and maintaining style guides, graphic design or related field for B2C software/services, and/or tech.
