The Usage Billing Specialist is responsible for handling orders request relative to usage products, ensures billing accuracy and completeness. Further, this role must ensure that the customer billing data are accurately maintained in the database and such database can be used as a basis to make a sound decision making.
Handle the order process for usage products by creating orders and ensure accurate invoices are released.
Handle internal and external customer billing queries ensuring issues are resolved according to departmental guidelines.
Perform the billing run on a monthly basis.
Creating and modification of customer master data.
Reconciliation of the contracts terms vs usages.
Preparation of monthly usage reports.
Maintain the data integrity in billing system.
Responsible for ensuring all compliance are strictly observed and accountable for external & internal compliance audit.
