Job Description

• Proactively sourcing and screening qualified candidates for US-based roles across a variety of industries
• Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of high-caliber talent
• Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Providing a high-quality recruitment service to clients, including presenting candidates and managing the hiring process
• Developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Utilizing various recruitment strategies and tools to identify the best talent
• Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics

Job Requirements

• 2 year+ experience in a US recruitment role
• Deep understanding of the US job market and hiring practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Resilience and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
