Responsibilities:
Understand the technical requirements of clients and submit qualified candidates.
Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates for effective usage of Internal Systems
/Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
Identify and recruit qualified candidates from multiple sources, including job boards,
databases, and personal networks.
Screen potential candidates through phone and video interviews to assess their
qualifications and level of interest in the job opportunity.
Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, testing,
interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates for various job levels.
Advertise open positions and promote job vacancies using various recruitment methods.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to stay updated on the client's requirements and
day-to-day updates.
Follow up with candidates after their application and interview to provide feedback and
establish long-term relationships.
Build a database of qualified candidates for future job openings according to their skill
sets and experience.
Qualifications:
With at least 3 -7 years of extensive working experience in the related field
Excellent communication skills (voice recruiting for Canada and US markets).
Must have experience on the full Life Cycle of Recruiting (End-to-end US recruitment life cycle,
including sourcing, interviewing, job offer, negotiating, onboarding, and closing of candidates )
Must have experience in dealing with W2 candidates. U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders
Good negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
Ability to work as a good team player, screening, maintaining & building the candidate database.
Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit profiles on time.
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Job Portals, Networking Sites, Referrals, and
Internet-Based Recruiting Tools. ( Zip recruiter, Career builder, LinkedIn, etc. )
Experience in utilizing different Applicant Tracking Systems (ex: Jobdiva)
Has basic knowledge of boolean search
Comfortable in performing at least 75-100 dials per day
