US HRMS Payroll Specialist

Job Description

• Processing bi-weekly payroll for salaried staff year-round, andhourly in the summer months across multiplelocations.
• Manage and process US payroll for assigned clients
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and associated tax filings
• Provide support and training to clients on the use of HR management systems
• Assist with the implementation and configuration of HR management systems
• Collaborate with the HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries and issues
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and regulations
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of payroll activities

Job qualification

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a payroll specialist role for US-based clients/employees
• Proficient in using ADP or other US payroll processing software and HR management systems
• Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations, tax requirements, and compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Degree in Accounting, HR, or a related field
