US Customer Services Manager (Prestige/VIP/Luxury Account experience is a MUST)

Work Arrangement: Full remote set-up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php160,000.00 per month

Work Schedule: Eastern US Time zone

Qualifications:

• At least a College level with at least 5 years of relative working experience in mainly supporting VIP/luxury brands prestige clients.
• Experience in back-end support by coordinating the inquiries/issues/escalations situations from the client services team and ensure clients satisfaction.
• Candidate must have experience in handling luxury brands. Who handles only prestige clients with special privileges, and clients of luxury brands.
• Can act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster a customer-centric culture within the team by ensuring that clients expectations are exceeded.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations) to resolve client issues and deliver customized solutions.
• Can provide regular performance reports, analyze client feedback, operational team support, run financial reports, and invoice management.
• Experience in implementing improvements based on client satisfaction surveys.
• Must have excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
• Must have a stable internet connection at home.
