Be our Audit Manager! - Location: Mandaluyong or Clark, Pampanga
- Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9:00pm to 6:00am
Work Arrangement: OnsiteAs an Audit Manager you perform risk-based audits of entities participating in a diverse and challenging set of financial parameters and be responsible for:
- Overseeing a portfolio of audit engagements
Plan engagement objectives to ensure compliance with professional standards and appropriately address risk. Prepare and review management communications, proposals budgets, and negotiate fees and overruns
- Understand the clients industry, key performance drivers, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments.
Manage an audit team and assist in training new staff- Review audit staff work papers
Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/training. Develop technical expertise both functional and industry
- Communicate directly with clients to ensure audit inquiries and procedures are completed efficiently and effectively
Provide support to the tax team
Graduate of Accountancy or a related course- At least 5 years of Audit experience in public accounting firms (Big 4)
Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
- Strong leadership, team building, communication and organization skills
Energetic and creative thinking with strong business ethics and standards- Effective analytical and planning skills
