US ACCOUNTANT

• Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday

• About this role

• The US Accountant will be working closely with the client to support the business and manage the following tasks:

Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting processManage all aspects of the General Ledger

• Process accounts receivable/payable

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

Record journal entries as neededMaintain customer list, vendor list, employee list, and chart of accounts

• Prepare financial reports and work papers by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends

• About you

• We are looking for an A-star individual, passionate and competent with what they do and bringing the WOW with the following qualifications:

Atleast 2 years of Accounting experience.

Hands-on experience in using QuickBooks Online or Xero software.
