Be our Accountant/Bookkeeper!
Location: Clark, Tarlac, & Cebu
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9:00pm to 6:00am
Work Arrangement: Onsite
About you:
- At least 3-4 years Accounting experience managing Journal entries, bank reconciliation, and financial statement
- Hands on experience inQuickBooks Online
- Ability to adapt to different types of accounting and excel projects
- Good Communication skills both written and verbal
About this role:
The Accountant / Bookkeeper will be responsible for the overall day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for numerous clients and assuring that accounting procedures, practices and policies are implemented and followed. The ideal candidate will take on all aspects of financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements including research on technical accounting issues
- Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform periodic balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist owner in budgeting and forecasting process; compare to actual results and explain variances as appropriate.
- Manage the allocation of costs incurred on behalf of multiple entities
- Treasury and Cash Management coordination among various operating and investment entities including cash projections to effectively manage cash balances
- Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
- Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly
- Ad hoc excel projects and comfortable in using formulas to minimize work and increase scalability
- Organize all administrative accounting functions with Owner, aka passwords and client logins
