QUALIFICATIONS:- 12 years engineering experience with 3 years in managerial position covering facilities and building maintenance, project management, cost estimation, design and safety.
Licensed Engineer (Civil).- Coordinates and supervise the building of residential, commercial and civic works.
Coordinates with contractors of projects approved by the Top Management.
- Willing to work long and odd hours.
Establishes budgets and timetables for projects and renovation work.- Implements capital expenditure projects within approved parameters.
Facilities and Equipment's, Project Construction, Utilities, Irrigation and Safety. Monitors and updates Preventive Maintenance Program for all facilities and equipment's. Conducts Cost.
- Oversee and provide direction to general contractors, and subcontractors when doing groundwork ensuring quality standards are met.
