_JOB SUMMARY __Provides quality nursing care to all patients_
- _SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_

- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service._
_2. Prepares all consultation rooms a) checks for the completeness of supplies needed by the doctors b) ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of the consultation areas_
_3. Accomplishes daily checklist of equipment/reports defective equipment/instrument to Admin. Assistant for immediate repair_
_4. Ensures that all clinic supplies/forms needed for the day are complete_
_5. Makes sure that endorsement log book is read every day to keep you update of the clinic procedures/situations_
_6. Receives patients , checks charts if all data are completely filled up_
_7. Assesses patient's condition, including vital signs, and chief complaints_
_8. Prioritizes patient's needs_
_9. Directs patients and assists doctors during examination/procedure as needed_
_10. Carries out doctor's orders_
_11. Utilizes computerized clinic system to process queue patients properly to the doctors and appropriate service areas_
_12. Gives instructions regarding preparation for the approved procedures/laboratory examinations_
_13. Performs other diagnostic procedures (ECG,TMST,Spirometry, Holter Monitoring, Audiometry)_
_ Ensures that all needed medicines/supplies in case of emergency are available especially during TMST procedure_
_ Secures DRF, checks and validates_
_ Explains procedure to patients_
_ Secure consent if needed_
_ Performs actual procedure with utmost care considering the safety and privacy of patient_
_ Assesses patient's condition during the procedures_
_ Observes principle of infection control and universal precaution_
_ Does the after care of patient and the work area_
_ Informs patient regarding the availability of results_
_ Performs other task that maybe pertinent to the completion of the procedure_
_14. Patient's scheduled for operation:_
_ Receives patient and prepares needed charge slip or HMO with approval code._
_ Takes the patient's vital signs._
_ Accompanies patient to operating room/and endorses to OR nurse_
_15. Monitors clinic supplies_
_16. Ensure all QA requirements are being met_
_17. Submits reports as required by the management_
_18. Maintains strictest confidentiality_
_19. Participates in a monthly staff development program_
_20. Performs other related tasks assigned by the management._

Schedule: - 8 hour shift
