Description

Conduct outbound calls to a provided list of leads, focusing on converting them into customers.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors and other potential clients in the construction industry.
Manage and nurture a book of accounts, ensuring regular follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
Promote the e-commerce platform and assist customers in creating accounts and making purchases online.
Provide product information and answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
Track and report on sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer engagement.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Hard Requirements

Proven experience in a sales development or outbound calling role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer service.
Knowledge of the construction industry and related products is a plus.
