JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy of an accredited school
Passed the Philippine Physical Therapy Licensure Examination / Licensed- Preferably with 1-2 years hospital or clinic experience as Physical Therapist
Must have sound knowledge in performing different PT procedures
- Ensures completeness of all needed supplies and proper maintenance of all machines and equipment in the PT Department
Correctly performs all PT procedures/modalities that are recommended to patient
- Strictly applies the principle in infectious control and observes universal precaution to prevent contamination
Maintains patient PT records and maintain strictest confidentiality of same- Practices Data Privacy Law
Performs different administrative tasks
- Submits required reports to PT Manager
Performs other related tasks assigned by the Senior Physical Therapist/Clinic Officer and Clinic Manager from time to time
