We are in search for Ecommerce customer support agents who have great ecommerce customer service skills with experience in phone, email and chat support. The ultimate goal is to be able to provide assistance to customers who will be calling to get more information or to ask questions.

Part of the job tasks:
- Answer phone, emails, and chats inquiries
- Returns management
- Assist customer and provide a solution to their questions
- Notate information and result of the call accordingly
- Report to immediate supervisor
Must skills:
- 3 years experience as a customer support agent
- High level of English
- Good with computers and the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of working with google drive sheets.
- Efficient and knowleagble in the following:
- Shopify, Zendesk, Dropshipping, E-commerce,
- Manage phone calls, emails, and chats inquiries
- Must have a stable internet connection
- Must have stable electricity
- Must have a good quality headset
