- Duties and Responsibilities
Customer service management
Accountable for category sales achievement- Ensure 100% customer service level
Safety and sanitation of the category
- Ensures implementation of first to expire, first out (FEFO)
Bad order management- Timely and accurate execution of all promotion
Ensures that shelf tags are updated
- Ensures 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment
Bachelor's degree holder.
- Preferably with at least 2 years experience as Asst. Restaurant Manager, Supervisor from any food and retail industry.
Has a strong personality and good leadership skills.
