Responsibilities:- Desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis
Desktop connectivity troubleshooting- Application installation and support
Printer installation and support
- Client VPN installation and support
O365 Administration Support- Desktop antimalware administration and resolution
Active Directory user management and troubleshooting
1-2 years experience in Service Desk, IT help desk or related role.
- Troubleshooting on Desktops, Printer, VPN, Internet, Active Directory, and O365
Willing to work night shift
(Eastern Time Shift)full onsite
in BGC, Taguig City (Monday - Friday) 13th Month pay- Night Shift Differential: 10% of Regular Hourly Rate - For each hour work performed between 10:00 pm 6:00 am, PH Time
Regular Holiday: 200% of Regular Daily Wage Rate Special Holiday: 130% of Regular Daily Wage Rate
