RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure that policies and standards at Front End area.
Consistently implement 10 key steps in cashiering.- Efficient control support.
Ensure 100% daily remittance and safety of cash at checkout counters.
- Check and ensure maintenance of POS and Credit Card terminals.
Ensure safety of employees, customers, products at Front End area.
Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Business Management/Administration, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service Management).- With at least 1 yearsrelated experience as Front End Officer or Cashiering Supervisor in related field/industry.
Has strong leadership skills, customer service-oriented and process champion.
-With excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
