Job Highlights: The Engineering and Maintenance Manager is responsible for all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities in the plant and ensures maintenance activities are geared towards equipment operational reliability and maximizing production output and efficiency.
Responsible for implementing various safety and environmental programs to ensure that the whole factory is safe for all workers and other personnel visiting the plant. Ensure company compliance with the various government requirements.
Assists and supports the VP-Supply Chain towards the achievement of the departmental and corporate medium to long-term goals and objectives.
Preferably a Graduate of any BS in Electrical Engineering
- Preferable a Certified Energy Manager
Residing in Cavite- At least three (3) to five (5) years of Engineering and Maintenance experience in manufacturing, construction, or FMCG environment.
A proven track record in Maintenance and managing a large team
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
