Job Responsibilities:- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Candidates with 1 year of BPO experience and a minimum of 2 years in college OR college graduates with no BPO experience.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
