Assist in all endeavors to achieve 24-hrs respond time to sales inquiry Secure buying rates from airlines, shipping line, consolidators & agents
- Prepare, encode & file quotations
Proper filing of sales documents both in hard and electronic copies- Monitor the shipments with operations and agents and keeping the clients informed of their current shipping status
Monitor and assist in collection on all sales generated accounts
- Maintain close coordination with operations/accounting departments on the developments of all sales generated accounts including sales quota and collections
Assist Sales Head in communicating with TM and operational departments the needs, concerns and developments of Sales Department- Assist Sales Head in handling correspondence with international agents, local suppliers, customers and MBT group
Perform other task as required by Top Management / Sales Department Head
- SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree,
fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Background in sea/air freight forwarding, trucking and customs brokerage is an advantage
Excellent oral and written communication- Computer literate and has high level of comprehension
Diligent, hardworking, organized and can work with minimum supervision
- Personable and meticulous
Will report onsite at Chino Roces Ave., Makati Office
