Key Responsibilities:- Proper etiquette in handling phone calls. Courteously responds to emails, and relays messages to concern officers / employees.
Establish rapport to clients and guests. Cheerful representative of the company and relay a helpful and accommodating environment.- Effective and immediate assisting resolution from clients requests. Answers simple inquiries related to business. Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Maintaining appropriate filing systems. Scan, organize, and records management/ documentation.
- Submits and receives document billing/application and filing for business transactions.
Receives and mails packages and letters.
Graduate of any 4-year course. Preferably Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Management, Marketing, Office Administration, Secretarial, or equivalent.- With good communication skills. Ability to multi-task, organized, attention to details and accuracy.
Good computer literacy including solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and database management.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, with strong time management skills, resourceful.
Able to work productively under pressure and fast-paced environment.- Excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
