Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries related to account registration, login assistance, password resets, and account security measures.- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery status inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely updates on the progress of their purchases.
Educate customers about product specifications, features, availability, pricing, and promotions, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process payments securely, troubleshoot payment issues, and assist customers with billing inquiries, refunds, and payment disputes as per company policies.
