Your typical day will involve working with UNIX Platforms Security and Linux to ensure the security and stability of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements. - Develop and maintain application code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Perform unit testing and debugging of application code to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expertise in UNIX Platforms Security. - Knowledge in Unix/Linux Admin maintenance with tasks not limited to:
- Unix & DB patching coordination 2. Password changes (service accounts) 3. PCS principal renewal 4. Access provision/provisioning 5. Agent Installation 6. Create new Dseries Roles, setup Sailpoint Workflow & Testing 7. Agent Maintenance 8. Meetings, Email & Alert monitor and response 9. Assist and Troubleshooting issues 10. DR exercises - Additional Must To Have Skill: Proficiency in Linux. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with application development tools and technologies such as Java, Python, and SQL. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in UNIX Platforms Security. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based in Manila.
