Role Description

This is a full-time Unit Manager role at Manulife Philippines located in Baguio City, with the flexibility to work remotely. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team and driving performance to achieve business objectives. The day-to-day tasks include managing and developing a team, monitoring sales activities, conducting trainings, and building customer relationships. The role combines both on-site and remote work.
