Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as Unit Head Associate at Manulife Philippines, with flexibility for some remote work. The role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your agency, leading and managing a team of licensed financial advisors, developing and implementing strategies to meet business objectives, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills a plus
• Recruitment with Sales Management background is an advantage
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Existing life insurance license a plus
• Candidate must be willing to report in our head office in Makati
