Set the Wheels in Motion: Drive Results and Ensure Seamless Operations
- Process documents for clients use and deliver policy documents to insured clients using correct templates and ensuring accuracy.
- Enter customer information and policy data into client-provided web-based tools like Salesforce, including verifying data and liability limits, and correcting or re-entering data as needed.
- Accurately encode data for proposals and insurance policies.
- Complete application forms, bind order forms, and other documents for client use.
- Process bind orders and issue policies and invoices using client-provided resources and tools.
- Enter information into client-provided tracking sheets for the Statement of Values task.
- Efficiently research missing client information using websites or web-based tools such as Google, Crunchbase, Norbert, and LinkedIn.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members through tools like chat, email, and Google Meet, ensuring proactive communication when issues arise.
- Work with the team to ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies, as well as relevant local laws.
- Maintain spreadsheets or templates accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Digitize handwritten data from scanned documents into spreadsheets or Word/PDF documents.
- Promote professionalism and integrity, building good relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve existing processes.
- Participate in employee engagement activities that promote a positive team atmosphere.
- Proactively inform management of ways to improve processes internally or at the client level.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the client or immediate supervisor/manager.
Requirements

Technical Qualifications:
- Above-average written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in insurance or underwriting is a major plus familiarity with financial statements or underwriting documents is preferred.
- Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office productivity software Salesforce is a plus.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets (MS Excel or Google Sheets).
- Existing access to home internet services a company computer and internet/power allowance will be provided while on temporary WFH status.
