Responsibilities:- Combination of data entry, research, and administrative support duties.
Ensure all customers/clients receive the highest level of service by answering inquiries and resolving issues, primarily through email and Monday Boards.- Respond to basic inquiries from Brokers, agents, and customers/clients concerning a policy status or billing error.
Ensures that all relevant requests are promptly addressed and accurate information is effectively communicated to the client.
- Ensuring the accuracy of all updates made to client payment information, billing plans, effective date changes, and endorsement requests through both backend and frontend systems.
Bachelor's or College degree in others or equivalent.
- Bachelor's or College degree in IT or any related computer courses is an advantage.
Critical decision-making Skills.- Strong research and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to complete redundant tasks.
Attention to detail.- Excellent Computer skills.
Experience with property and casualty insurance or commercial Insurance (preferred).
- Amenable to work in graveyard shift and onsite at San Juan City
