We are looking for a _UI/UX Designer _to be part of our team.
- He/She will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of the company's web and mobile applications, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our business goals.
He/She will be spending half of your time on product UX/UI with the development team and the other half with updating website layout, design and other web assets.
He/She shall perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
- Serve as the lead architect of user experience across the company's platforms, including web
and mobile apps, and our websites
- Develop a range of UI/UX artifacts such as flow/concept diagrams, wireframes,
mock-ups, prototypes, user journey maps, and personas- Champion and enforce the company's design language and design processes, ensuring
consistency and coherence across all user touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketers, client success, teams, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional value to our users, both internal and external
Lead user testing initiatives, conduct discovery exercises, user research, and feedback- sessions to continually refine and improve the user experience
At least 2- 3 years in a similar role- Must have 6 months of experience using Webflow
A deep understanding of processes and information architecture, demonstrating the
- ability to create logically consistent and user-friendly UI flows
Experience in web and mobile app design within a product management and agile Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential as our
- team is spread across the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia
Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies is beneficial, with emphasis on- practical application in design processes.
Experience in design software such as Webflow, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
Familiar with techniques for discovery, exploration, user testing and feedback- Excellent facilitation skills, underlining the importance of effective collaboration within our
design framework
- Understanding of the B2B and SaaS industry (nice to have)
Amenable to work on a night shift schedule- Willing to work onsite in Tower 1 Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas

Pay: Php60,- 00 - Php70,000.00 per month
