Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions specific to the tree gifting industry.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Develop and maintain design documentation, including user personas, journey maps, and interaction flows tailored to our unique product offerings.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital platforms through the application of design systems and standards.
Communicating design decisions and feedback: this includes communicating design decisions and feedback to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and other departments.- Measuring, analyzing, and improving design: this includes continuously analyzing and measuring the success of design decisions and making improvements as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, enablement, marketing, and data science to implement growth initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our designs.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in digital projects, especially e-commerce B2B and B2C.
- A portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI/UX design (App and Web).
Demonstrable experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations (excluding requirement).- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
Excellent communication and organizational skills: you can easily express yourself to others and you're an organized and structured professional.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
