UI/UX Designer

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive digital interfaces. The ideal candidate will bridge user experience and aesthetics, leveraging user research and design tools to develop engaging user interfaces.

• JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct research to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points, using insights to drive design decisions.

• Create low-fidelity prototypes with tools like Figma to test and validate design concepts.

Develop visually appealing interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent user experience across platforms.

• Design intuitive and seamless interactions, optimizing user flow and navigation through digital products.

Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

• Refine designs based on feedback, user testing results, and evolving project needs to enhance the user experience.

Implement and advocate for accessibility best practices, ensuring designs are usable by a diverse range of users.

• Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.

User-Centered Design Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to advocate for the user throughout the design process.UI Design Skills Proficiency in designing user interface, including creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Knowledge of design software like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or similar tools.

• Front End Development Proficiency in front-end web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The UI/UX Designer should be able to translate their decision concepts into functional and responsive user interfaces.

UX Design Skills Expertise in conducting user research, creating user personas, and designing user journeys and information architecture

• In-depth knowledge in Figma (collaboration features, design libraries, and prototyping capabilities)

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture and interaction design.

• Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS or Responsive Design is an advantage.
