Job Summary
We are looking for a creative UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, and Development, to design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for digital products. This role involves translating complex requirements into elegant, intuitive designs and requires attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of design best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with team members to understand user needs and create designs that enhance usability and engagement.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that represent the flow and functionality of various UI elements.
Maintain a consistent design language and UI components across platforms to align with brand guidelines.
Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
Keep up with design trends to create modern and effective visual solutions.
Assist in building and maintaining a design system and UI kit for streamlined, reusable design elements.
Actively participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to provide fresh, creative ideas.
Required Skills And Competencies
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel) for interactive and design testing.
Strong grasp of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy principles.
High attention to detail with effective prioritization skills to manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design to ensure quality across various screen sizes.
Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback professionally.
Portfolio demonstrating a range of UI design work across web and mobile applications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
4 to 6 years of experience in UI design or a similar role.
Experience working in Agile teams is beneficial.
Basic familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage but not mandatory.
