UI/UX Designer & Frontend Developer

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer & Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. This role combines creative design expertise with technical frontend development skills, focusing on crafting intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life and ensure responsive, high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

Collaborate: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and feasibility.

Component Design: Utilize Tailwind CSS to create reusable design components that align with branding guidelines.

Web & Mobile App Interfaces: Design responsive interfaces for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Handoff to Developers: Collaborate with developers proficient in Next.js and React.js, ensuring seamless implementation of designs.

User-Centric Design: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on user needs and business goals.

Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver cutting-edge designs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for web and mobile applications

Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration

Strong understanding of front-end frameworks, including Next.js and React.js

Experience designing with Tailwind CSS, including component creation and customization

Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices

Ability to translate complex user needs into simple, elegant design solutions

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
