- Role Overview: As a UI/UX Specialist on our team, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive, user-friendly products that align with our business goals and exceed user expectations. Your contributions will be essential in facilitating clear communication and technical discussions.
1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma
Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI/UX
Excellent visual design skills with an understanding of user-system interaction- Ability to present and defend design decisions based on the overall design roadmap and individual design thinking and principles
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the dynamics of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to completion
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to refine and enhance the user experience- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Assess existing applications for UI/UX effectiveness
- Advocate for UI/UX best practices and standards throughout the design and implementation process
A strong portfolio showcasing design projects
- Proficiency in Adobe XD or Figma
Experience with wireframes- Experience with user research
Experience with web and mobile app design
Experience with Miro
- Worked with Agile framework
