Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and senior designers, to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Design and prototype user experiences using Figma.- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure consistency and coherence in design across all products and platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.- Contribute to the development of design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Proficiency in Figma is required.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and projects.
Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
- Must have graduated with a BS in Industrial Engineering.
Experience with other design tools and software is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is an advantage.
Understanding of fintech industry trends and user behavior.
